What happens
Vor einem Jahr hat Kemal das Theaterstück seines Sohnes verpasst. Seine Nachricht an seine Frau: „Tut mir leid. Kundschaft.“
In diesem Jahr spielt Leo „Baum Nr. 2“. Während der Vorstellung bucht ein Kunde über die Website einen Termin. Eine Kundin fragt den KI-Assistenten, welches Rad zu ihrer Tochter passt. Beraten und verkaufen wird am nächsten Tag Kemal selbst.
Kemal sitzt in Reihe 3. Später schreibt seine Frau: „Diesmal hat er nur zu dir geguckt.“
Früher war ich immer erreichbar.Aber nie wirklich da.Jetzt ist der Laden erreichbar.Und ich bin da.

Why this story matters for businesses
Kemal from the bike workshop knows the problem many business owners face: the shop needs him, his family needs him, and he can’t be in both places at once. Sitting at his desk in the evening, writing quotes, answering enquiries – that eats into time that should belong to the people who matter most.
A good website and an AI assistant don’t solve this overnight. But they take away two of the biggest time drains: the same questions over and over, and scheduling back-and-forth. When a customer can enquire about a bike at night and get an answer in the morning, Kemal doesn’t have to do it himself. He can advise, repair and sell – the things he’s actually good at.
The result isn’t a technical miracle. It’s simply an hour more in the evening. Or a school play you don’t miss.
