What happens

Why this story matters for businesses
Lena has just moved. She doesn’t know anyone and looks for a bakery on a Friday evening. The Backstube Merten closed hours ago, but their website is there. Opening hours, a few words from the family, a button to pre-order. The next morning Lena picks up her rolls.
That sounds small. But that’s exactly how a regular is born. Not through advertising, not through social media, but through a website that’s there when the shop can’t be. Friday evening at eleven. Sunday morning at seven. Monday lunchtime during a break.
Most small businesses don’t lose customers because their product is bad. They lose them because nobody answers when someone searches. A good website closes that gap. It doesn’t need a hundred pages. It needs the right information, a friendly tone and a way to get in touch.
An AI assistant can also take the pre-order, answer the most common questions and send a confirmation. Not as a replacement for the chat at the counter, but as a bridge until then.
When your business sleeps at night, your website doesn’t have to.
