Frau Winters Badewanne ist undicht. Sie hat drei Handwerksbetrieben geschrieben. Zwei haben die Nachricht gelesen, keiner antwortet.
Die andere Seite: Ein Handwerker ist abends noch unterwegs, 37 Mitteilungen auf dem Handy. Er ist nicht unhöflich, er ist ausgebucht.
Eine Nachbarin schickt einen Link. Die Website von Stövesand sagt ehrlich, wie lange es gerade dauert, und dass Undichtes Vorrang hat. Frau Winter fragt an und bekommt sofort eine Antwort: Malte ruft morgen bis 12 Uhr an. Er ruft an.
Am Ende hängt ein Zettel an der Badezimmertür: „Der kommt eh nicht.“ Darunter: „Doch. Er hat angerufen.“

Why this story matters for businesses

This isn’t science fiction. It’s a website that’s honest, and an assistant that handles the simple things. So Malte can focus on the hard ones.
